Founded by Julien GARREC in 2023, Taqueria Paloma was born from a deep-seated passion for Mexican culture and cuisine.
Drawing inspiration from his travels and encounters in Mexico, Julien envisioned a space where the warmth and hospitality of Mexican tradition could be shared with the world.
